First Production Character

Mia (Daughter)

Our first production-quality character. Generated with Meshy image-to-3D from approved turnaround sheets, then rigged and animated in Blender. 80k polygons, quad topology, full PBR textures (diffuse, normal, roughness, metallic). She walks, she runs — the previous TRELLIS placeholder didn't even stand up straight.

Gabe (Dad)

Shape-only model via Hunyuan3D-2. Geometry captures glasses, stocky build, and shirt details. Awaiting Meshy upgrade.

Nina (Mom)

Shape-only model via Hunyuan3D-2. Wavy hair geometry, sweater detail visible. Awaiting Meshy upgrade.

Leo (Son)

Initial TRELLIS model was flat. Queued for Meshy regeneration like Mia.

Status: Mia is production-ready with full rigging and animations. Gabe, Nina, and Leo will be regenerated through the same Meshy pipeline. Remaining: Ruben and Jetplane.
